Because most of our pieces are handmade and in many cases are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders. If an item should arrive damaged, please message us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to work out a resolution with you.
If you reside in the Omaha, Nebraska metropolitan area please message us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss local pick-up options. Your order will need to be purchased through our online store prior to pick-up, and you will need to sign for your order upon receipt.
Absolutely! If there's a stone or crystal that you're feeling called to that you aren't seeing on our website, please drop us a line for a consultation at email@example.com. If we don't already have the stones you are looking for in stock, we will do our best to find them for your custom tree or Mala. *Due to sourcing, the processing time for custom orders will be an additional 10-21 days.
All items, with the exception of custom pieces, will ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We will restring your mala or jewelry for no charge if it should happen to break within 30 days of delivery. If more than a few beads are missing when you return the jewelry for repair, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement beads, and we will advise you of any additional cost prior to repair.
If you have a repair that's necessary after the 30 day period, restringing service is available at a cost of $20.** Complex pieces, ie: pieces with several strands of beads, will be at a higher cost, determined by the amount of work and materials necessary for repair. **Plus tax, for beads/restringing service, if you are located in Nebraska.
Shipping charges to return the item for repair, whether or not they are within the 30-day limit are the responsibility of the purchaser.
